Let's Reminisce about The Trip to Cameron Highlands

Ah...Before I start this post, I'd like to say that this trip was one year+ ago. It was during the November 2014 holidays and I went there with my family for some family vacation. There are some details that I might forget to mention here but that's not the point of this post. I want to share with y'all the photos that I had taken back there. And might I say.... those photos are pretty good. ... Narcissist much lol.  We just went there for two days because dad insisted that I have to return to school the following day. ( I skipped one day of school for that. We went on Friday. C'mon... it's the end of the yearrrr. Who wants to go back to school when there is nothing to do at all? The finals were over. But I understand his intentions, don't get me wrong. My parents aren't the type that lets their child to skip school without any good and reasonable reason.)

Well well, ladies and gentlemen, please allow me to recall back those memories...

Where We Stayed? Snooze Too Hotel!

Perfect for pictures!

This is where we stayed for the night.Snooze Too. When we went there, the reception area was still under some construction. Aw yeah, we were at Brinchang. It was pretty isolated as the nearby shop lots were empty. But from what I heard, my dad said that it was newly built. So that explains why it was pretty isolated. It has been a year and two months so I think that the situation now is different than how it was.

The Wi-Fi speed was great, and the lighting inside the rooms oh my gosh. Perfect for selfies. My brother and I hoarded the master bedroom leaving the smaller ones to my parents. HAHAHAHA. And there's some beanie sofas! It was my first time sitting in a beanie sofa,I swear. And even with the hot water, it felt chilly. There was a bath-tub-looking-thing in the bathroom. I was excited thinking that it was a real bath tub. However, when I got in, the water level seemed not to rise even though we put water in it. And then I realised something. IT HAD A HOLE AT THE BOTTOM AND THE WATER KEPT FLOWING.Wow,seriously....  And there was I, feeling too disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the cool and chilly day in a tub of warm water. Ahh....=.= The bed was soft huhuhu, perfect for me.

Green View Garden

Strawberry's flower?

MY FAV
I like  how this strawberry looks. It's like a love shape. Not the one at the back.

Big Red Strawberry Farm

We went to the shop to buy some souvenirs and to eat strawberries. This is one thing that you have to do when you visit Cameron Highlands! STRAWBERRIES. As for the price, I don't think that there is any difference between the ones that are sold in KL and at Cameron Highlands. But one thing for sure, the strawberries at Cameron are way much more tastier and fresher.

Dad's order. I don't know what is the spongy cake name.

My order! Strawberries with whipped cream.

Brother and mom's order. Strawberry ice cream with whipped cream + more strawberries. It was too sweet to my liking though.

And if you walk further up from where the mini shop is, you will able to see some flowers.

I like this flower very much

HAHAHAHA

Cactus Farm

I wanted to buy some cactus, seriously. Look at how bright their colours are!

Rose Centre

My fav shot among all of the roses.

Bharat Tea Plantations

Actually we wanted to go to the famous Boh Tea Plantation on the way back but it was raining heavily that time so my dad just decided to go to Bharat Tea Plantation.

I ordered this - Strawberry Cheese Cake. It was quite hard to chew.... probably because of the cold weather. But the tea was okay.

One last meal before going back home! There will be a shop that sells cakes and souvenirs ( more to tea boxes though.) so don't forget to stop by there for some refreshing cakes and teas :D

Okay..so far, these are all of the places we went and I am lucky that I still remember where it was. Majority haha.

And as you scroll down, below are the pictures that I don't remember where I took them and some are the ones that I just took randomly because I find them breathtaking.

What kind of veggie or fruit is this?

Prepare for some sunflowers!

Another favvvv.

And more flowers...

And finally.... the scenery.

There are more pictures in the laptop but I'm not gonna show them all because some are quite horrible ( with stains on the petals and all )

It's been a year and two months.... How I wish I can go back to Cameron Highlands for another vacation. This time, let's make it a week of vacation. It's very cooling and you don't even need a fan to cool you off during the night. Escape from the city life and release your stress. And who knows, maybe you will get the inspiration to become a farmer. Hahaha.
